Composition (1 bottle 50 ml): fish collagen peptide - 5000 mg, glucosamine hydrochloride - 1500 mg, calcium gluconate - 120 mg, methylsulfonylmethane - 100 mg, Uncaria tomentosa extract - 60 mg, royal jelly - 20 mg, hyaluronic acid - 5 mg.

Excipients: purified water, isomaltooligosaccharide, citric acid, aspartame (E951), sodium benzoate (E211), xanthan gum, peach flavour, brown food colouring.

Characteristics of ingredients:

Fish collagen peptide. Collagen is an extracellular protein, which is the main component of connective tissue. This collagen provides the elasticity and flexibility of connective tissue. It is a fibrillar protein of glycoprotein origin, consisting of macromolecules that have a unique trispiral structure. It is about 1/3 of all body proteins and 70% of skin protein mass. This collagen is included in the bones, tendons, blood vessels and cartilage. In the human body, it plays an important "regulatory role" in of the connective tissue functioning (qualitative composition of the cell structure, ensures the tissue flexibility and elasticity, prevents the tissue dehydration, ensures moisturizing of the deeper skin layers and slows down its aging, improves hair and nails). Fish collagen peptide is the main source of collagen in the pharmaceutical industry. Collagen peptides are small bioactive peptides obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of fish collagen; they have a high level of security. Artikon^® contains high-quality collagen peptide, made in Japan.

Fish collagen peptide helps the bones to absorb calcium, as well as improves joint functioning and accelerates recovery of damage. Studies have shown that high molecular weight fractions of collagen peptide provide high mRNA synthesis of type I collagen by dermal fibroblasts. The synthesis of type I collagen is important for the optimal condition of cartilage, tendons, bone tissue, skin and blood vessels.

The antioxidant, anti-inflammatory effect of fish collagen peptide has been established due to its effect on the activity of nitric oxide free radicals and lipoxygenase. The oral use of collagen peptide improves skin hydration and its elasticity, as well as reduces wrinkles.

Glucosamine hydrochloride is produced by the cartilage tissue of the joints. It is a component of chondroitin and is a part of the synovial fluid. Glucosamine hydrochloride stimulates the biosynthesis of glycosaminoglycans, and contributes to the restoration of cartilage tissue and the reduction of degenerative changes in the joints. It normalizes the internal joint fluid secretion, reduces sever joint pain and improves joint mobility.

Hyaluronic acid plays a significant role in the regulation of various biological processes and maintaining homeostasis, increases the elasticity of cartilage, ensures the resistance of cartilage to compression and damage. It is effective for the treatment of various types of joint diseases, including joint osteoarthritis (including the knee joint) and meniscus edema. Hyaluronic acid helps to relieve joint pain, improve the density of chondrocytes, restore the surface of the amorphous cartilage layer, remodelling collagen and increase the level of skin hydration.

Royal jelly improves tropism in tissues, reduces inflammation and processes of free radical oxidation, as well as increases the number of osteoblasts and improves bone tissue formation.

Calcium gluconate is a source of calcium. It is involved in the transmission of nerve impulses and muscle contraction.

Uncaria tomentosa reduces the progression of inflammatory processes due to polyphenolic compounds, modulates the expression of inflammatory mediators, stabilizes phospholipid membranes and has an antioxidant effect.

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a natural source of food sulphur, which plays an important role in maintaining the elasticity and flexibility of the connective tissue of the joints. Methylsulfonylmethane has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects by inhibiting the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase, prostaglandin E2, cyclooxygenase-2 and interleukin-6. Also it enhances the action of glucosamine.

Recommendations for use: can be recommended as a source of biologically active substances, glucosamine, collagen, hyaluronic acid, calcium. Contributes to the normalization of the musculoskeletal system functioning in case of intense physical activity. It is recommended to consult your doctor before use.

Method of administration and dosage: For adults: 1 bottle (50 ml) per a day for one serving without additional dilution, 20-30 minutes before eating. Shake well the bottle before use.

Duration for use: 1.5-3 months. Further period of use should be discussed with your doctor.

Precautions for use: The product contains a sweetening agent. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet. In case of any discomfort after product administration, it is necessary to discontinue its use immediately and turn for doctor’s advice.

Contraindications: individual hypersensitivity to the components, pregnancy, breastfeeding.

Release form: 50 ml solution in bottles, 10 bottles in a package.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry, cool place protected from direct sunlight at a temperature not exceeding 35°C. Do not freeze! Keep out of reach of children.

Shelf life: 2 years from the date of manufacture.
